Orders ship Tuesday – Saturday and usually leave our studio within 2-3 business days.  

FAQ

When will my order ship?

We ship our candles Tuesday-Friday. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. USPS and UPS are experiencing delays that are out of our control, but you'll be able to track your package once it leaves our workshop.

Are the candles natural?

We only use soy wax, cotton wicks, and clean scents in our candles.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We do our best to wrap our candles so they make it to you in one piece, but sometimes they get a little roughed up by the carriers. Reach out to megan@pomeroy142.com and let us know if your order arrives damaged so we can replace your item as soon as possible.
